Monrovia, Liberia - As Liberians gear up to observe the 161st anniversary of the independence of their country Saturday, former Presidents Jerry Rawlings of Ghana, Nicephore Soglo of Benin and Sam Nujoma of Namibia arrived here Friday to participate in festivities marking the occasion.
