1.1 Mitsubishi S12 Diesel Engine Cylinder Block Flip (Inverted)

Turn the cylinder of the Mitsubishi S12 diesel engine on a turntable. When not using the turntable, hang a wire rope on the cylinder block of Mitsubishi S12 diesel engine, fill in the cushion or cloth between the wire rope and the cylinder block of Mitsubishi S12 diesel engine, lift it with a crane, and place it on the side On the sleepers. Re-hang the wire rope and turn the Mitsubishi S12 diesel engine cylinder block (upside down) on the sleepers.

1.5 Install Mitsubishi S12 Diesel Engine Crankshaft

(1) Confirm that the inner surface of the thrust plate (top) of the Mitsubishi S12 diesel engine installed on the cylinder of the Mitsubishi S12 diesel engine is evenly coated with clean lubricant.

Note: The oil grooves of the thrust plate (bottom) of the Mitsubishi S12 diesel engine are installed toward the outside of the end cover, respectively.

1.8 Installing Mitsubishi S12 Diesel Engine Main Bearing Pad End Cover

During installation, the end cap bolts and side bolts of the main bearing pad of Mitsubishi S12 diesel engine must follow the specified tightening sequence.
