(4) Confirm that the big end of the Mitsubishi R16 diesel engine rod has entered the cylinder liner of the Mitsubishi R16 diesel engine, and at the same time slowly lift the piston of the Mitsubishi R16 diesel engine.

4.5.2 When pushing the big end of the connecting rod of Mitsubishi R16 diesel engine up

(1) Rotate the crankshaft of the Mitsubishi R16 diesel engine so that the piston of the Mitsubishi R16 diesel engine with the Mitsubishi R16 diesel engine connecting rod bearing removed is at the top dead center position.

(2) Install eye bolts in the screw holes on the top of the Mitsubishi R16 diesel engine piston, and suspend the Mitsubishi R16 diesel engine piston so that it does not fall.

(3) Slowly turn the crankshaft of the Mitsubishi R16 diesel engine to separate the crank pin from the connecting rod of the Mitsubishi R16 diesel engine. The bolt hole on the underside of the connecting rod of the Mitsubishi R16 diesel engine can be seen from the detection port.

(4) After inserting the yarn end around the spudger, and using the crank pin as the fulcrum, slowly push the lower part of the connecting rod of the Mitsubishi R16 diesel engine upward.

Note: Use a yarn head, rubber, etc. to wind the spudger to avoid damaging the crank pin and the big end of the Mitsubishi R16 diesel engine connecting rod.

(5) Constantly adjust the position of the fulcrum, and push up the Mitsubishi R16 diesel engine connecting rod and Mitsubishi R16 diesel engine piston. After the lubricating oil ring is pulled out from the cylinder liner of the Mitsubishi R16 diesel engine, it is gently placed on the cylinder liner of the Mitsubishi R16 diesel engine.

(6) Lift the ring bolt on the top of the piston of Mitsubishi R16 diesel engine and pull it out from the cylinder liner of Mitsubishi R16 diesel engine.
