任何腔室或拆解任何储有液体的部件之前,要准备好

用合适的容器收集液体。

软管和卡箍- 检查/更换

检查所有软管是否有由以下情况引起的渗漏:

按照本地法规和指令处置所有液体。

• 破裂

• 软化

燃油质量对发动机的性能和使用寿命至关重要。 Burn

油中的水分可能导致燃油系统的过度磨损。

• 夹箍松脱

机油的出现还可能是进气管道的阻力(空气滤清

器堵塞),从而导致涡轮增压器渗油引起的。

好或更换涡轮增压器之前,请不要继续运转发动机。

• 维修发动机前先擦拭所有的罩盖和塞堵,以减少

系统污染的机会。

目视检查涡轮增压器能最大程度减少非计划的停机

time.目视检查增压器还可以降低对发动机的其它

零件造成潜在损害的可能性。

将执行器连杆连接到压缩机壳体。如果执行器连杆被

油底壳、机油滤清器和摇臂室盖处有渗漏。

水泵- 检查

• 检查燃油系统中是否有泄漏。 查找松动的燃油

管卡箍和/或束带。

• 检查进气系统的管道和弯头有无裂纹,卡箍是否

Loose.确保软管和管道不与其它软管、管道和

线束等接触。

• 检查交流发电机皮带和所有附件驱动皮带有无裂

纹、断裂或其它损坏。

多槽皮带轮的皮带必须成套更换。 如果只更换一根

皮带,则这根皮带就会比其它没更换的皮带承受更

大的负荷。 因为原来的皮带已被拉长。 额外负荷就

会加到新皮带上,从而造成皮带断裂。

• 每天都要放掉燃油箱中的水和沉渣,以确保只有

清洁的燃油才能进入燃油系统。

• 检查线路和导线束是否有连接处松动,导线是否

磨损或擦伤。

• 检查接地导线接线和状况是否良好。

• 断开所有无法防护起动马达的吸耗电流的蓄电池

充电装置。 除非发动机装的是免维护蓄电池,否

则要检查蓄电池的状况和电解液液位。

• 检查仪表的状况。 更换破裂的仪表。 更换所有不

能被校准的仪表。

水泵- 检查

失效的水泵可能引起严重的发动机过热问题,进

而导致以下情况:

• 缸盖裂纹

• 活塞咬缸

• 其它对发动机的潜在损害

注: 水泵密封由冷却系统的冷却液来润滑。 当发动机

降温而零件收缩时,有少量渗漏发生是正常的。
