发动机缸体加热器

发动机装配了一个水温调节器。当发动机冷却液

低于正确工作温度时,缸套水经过发动机缸体循

环进入发动机缸盖。然后,冷却液通过环绕冷却

液温度调节器的内部通道回流到缸体。它能确保

冷却液在寒冷运行环境下流经发动机。在发动机

缸套水已达到正确的最低工作温度时,水温调节

器被打开。当缸套水冷却液温度超过最低工作温

度时,水温调节器将开的更大,以便更多的冷却

液流经散热器以散发过多热量。

发动机怠速运转

当寒冷天气下发动机起动后怠速运转时,将发动

机转速提高到1000至1200rpm。这将更快地使

发动机暖机。如果安装了手动油门,使用该控制

检查下列情况:

•软管的柔性部分扭结或挤压

•铠装护套嵌入外覆层

在所有使用标准软管夹的地方,都可以使用恒定

扭矩软管夹。确保恒定扭矩软管夹箍与标准夹箍

尺寸相同。

软管由于温度剧烈变化将会硬化。软管硬化将会

引起软管卡箍变松。可能因此而导致泄漏。 Constant

理:

多槽皮带轮的皮带必须成套更换。如果只更换一
